Instructions for Preparing the Camera-Ready Version of ACPR 2025 Papers

Important: The Microsoft CMT system will be used for camera-ready submissions.

📌 Submission Guidelines

• Only the Corresponding Author should submit the camera ready.
• Volume Editor(s) Name(s): include publication chairs
• Instructions for Authors: Authors must read and follow the Springer Instructions for Authors.
• Follow Springer LNCS format provided during the paper submission.
  
  As for the page limit, there is no maximum page limit for a paper. It only matters if you opt for Open Access, where the cost may vary depending on the number of pages.


• Copyright Form: Authors must download and complete the copyright form here.
• Third Party Content Declaration:Authors are responsible for clearing the rights for third party content under your publishing agreement. Authors can find more information about third part content here.
• Alternative Texts: Springer Nature requests that alternative texts (also known as Alt Text) for all figures, illustrations and images be submitted together with your final manuscript. To support you in writing these, Springer Nature is offering you an Alternative Text Assistant Tool powered by AI. If you are interested in using this service, please click this link Editor Portal to create your own unique link to access the service. You will receive an email with your personal link along with more detailed information after following the steps below: To create your own link, click on Create Chapter Links on the top right and provide the information required. You can then upload your images to create/modify text. Finally, after creating text for all images, you can export an XML file. Review the XML file, make the required changes and rename according to the given name convention and submit with your camera ready files.

• Upload the following files:

  • XXXXX-source.zip – Source package (LaTeX/Word, figures, bibliography, etc.)
  • XXXXX-copyright.pdf – Copyright from
  • XXXXX-AltText.XLSX – Alt Text (please zip the file)
  • XXXXX-supp.pdf or XXXXX-supp.zip (optional) – Supplementary material
• XXXXX = 5-digit paper ID (zero-padded). For example, Paper ID 17 looks like 00017.
• File size limits: PDF ≤ 20 MB; Supplementary ≤ 100 MB.

📦 Source File Requirements

Each paper must include a complete source ZIP (XXXXX-source.zip) containing:

• All text files (LaTeX2e / Word)
• All figures (PS/EPS, PDF, JPG, etc.)
• Any style files, fonts, and bibliography files

Please ensure:

• Only one set of source files (remove old versions)
• Relative paths used for referencing
• Source compiles successfully
• Subdirectories are allowed

📑 Author Requirements

• Names must be written in full (given name + surname).
• Paper title may be slightly adjusted (as per reviewers suggestion).
• One author must register under FULL (non-student) rate by August 31, 2025. One FULL registration (regular or IAPR member) covers up to two accepted papers.

💡 Open Access Option

Gold Open Access is available for a fee (payable to Springer). Default option is free of charge.
