Registration Information
At least one author of each accepted paper of the ACPR-2025 main conference MUST be registered under a FULL registration category (not student registration) as mentioned under registration fees by September 15, 2025. If a paper is not registered under FULL registration rate by this timeline, the paper will not be included in the program and in the conference proceedings. Please note that one full registration can cover up to two conference papers.
If circumstances prevent you from attending in person to present your paper, you may present your paper (online), but you must register and pay for your paper under a FULL registration rate. Please inform us, in advance, that you will attend online with proper justification for the same.
Registration includes: Admission to attend all the technical sessions of the main conference, including workshops, tutorials and online access to the proceedings as well as the virtual platform. This registration also includes lunch during the conference, tea\coffee, welcome reception, and banquet dinner.
Participants with registration only in Workshop and Tutorials are not entitled to participate in the technical sessions of the main conference, and banquet dinner.
Cancellation/refund policy:
All cancellation requests must be made via email to ACPR 2025. Cancellation rates are as follows:
• Before September 15th, 2025, 11:59 PM AEST: 20% + GST + applicable bank charges
• Before October 15th, 2025, 11:59 PM AEST: 50% + GST + applicable bank charges
• NO CANCELLATION will be allowed after October 15th, 2025.
• NO CANCELLATION is allowed for only Workshop and Tutorial registration.
Refund value will be calculated after deducting the cancellation rates from the paid amount.
Privacy policy: The data related to registration will only be used by ACPR/IAPR organizing committee.
Payment/Invoice information:
The Registration fee includes GST and all prices are in AUD. Any fees for charges (except GST) related to payments have to be borne by the registrants.
The only acceptable payment mode is through the registration site. We do not accept wire payment, Cheque, Demand draft, etc. A receipt will be issued upon the validation of your payment. Your receipt will be sent to the email-id given during registration.
